Finding excitement in the mundane is about getting excited about doing things I don't want to do. I have several goals that I have decided to pursue. Much of them I don't naturally want to do but will make my life better, like exercising. It is about making the most out of life and being determined and committed about accomplishing goals. Sometimes it feels less like an exercise if you are standing up to do it. Doing crunches on the floor can get old. Mix it up with standing ab exercises.
